Before the system is installed, a member of AT's engineering team will visit the practice to carry out a site survey. Once this is complete they will then set about installing the system in the practice.

Once installed, a member of AT staff will visit the practice to provide comprehensive training and to configure the system - there are more than 1500 configuration options to ensure that it can be customised to suit any practice's needs.

Members of the AT team are also on-hand to be present on the 'live day', when all of the practice staff start using the practice management system.
