The support service, which is provided by AT's dedicated and specialist customer services team, is just as much an important component of the AT package as the software and hardware.

Emergency support is provided and replacement equipment is available in the event of failure, ensuring that a system is not out of action

for longer than necessary.

With the capability to dial-in to the system, the customer services team can carry out online diagnostics, which ensures a rapid response to faults and minimum disturbance to the practice.

AT's team of engineers, who work closely with the customer services team, are familiar with the system configuration and can provide quicker fix times than contracted engineers.
