Before the system is installed, a member of AT staff will visit the practice for on-site consultation. By doing this, it will become clear exactly what a given practice requires from the system.
During the discussion not only will the AT representative determine how many computer terminals and printers a given practice needs, they will also focus on exactly how the system needs to be configured and tailored to suit the practices specific needs.
SPECTRUM is simple to configure and there is an array of configuration options. Here are a few examples: the choice of how many weeks will be in the rota system; the option to display additional services (e.g. dental services) in the appointments screen; the choice of whether or not a clients account balance appears in the booking screen when an appointment is booked; the choice of how an invoice will look when its printed; the option to invoice per animal or per client.
The appearance of screens can also be configured using SPECTRUMs unique theme function.
