Before the system is installed, a member of AT staff will visit the practice for on-site consultation. By doing this, it will become clear exactly what a given practice requires from the system.

During the discussion not only will the AT representative determine how many computer terminals and printers a given practice needs, they will also focus on exactly how the system needs to be configured and tailored to suit the practice’s specific needs.

SPECTRUM™ is simple to configure and there is an array of configuration options. Here are a few examples: the choice of how many weeks will be in the rota system; the option to display additional services (e.g. dental services) in the appointments screen; the choice of whether or not a client’s account balance appears in the booking screen when an appointment is booked; the choice of how an invoice will look when its printed; the option to invoice per animal or per client.
