Whether members of practice staff are using the text or graphical interface, SPECTRUM is designed to be quick and easy to master.
Users can learn as they operate the system, as it is self-explanatory and they can therefore intuitively pick up how it works.
In instances where staff require further training or advice, support is on-hand; members of AT staff will visit the practice and provide on-site training and the dedicated customer services team are always on hand to resolve queries over the phone.
